Saul Moriah's hulking figure skulked through the absolutely empty town, seemingly abandoned. It appeared a significant amount of water damage had ruined the town, and that led Saul to assume the town had been threatened by flood or some other water-related disaster. Pity, Saul wanted a drink and the water had washed it all away.
With a yawn, he rounded another corner, looking for something, anything to do. He was bored, and a bored demon often did some rather nasty things to innocent people. Too bad there were no goddamned people here, as far as Saul knew.

[OOC: I shall give my apologies in advance for my sloppy combat... a little out of practice]
The young marine was on the trail of a pirated reported to be entering the town. He places his small communication snail in his pocket and delicately walks through the soaked town, his steps light and inaudible as they should be. He spots a large figure walking through the town and in his head he places the large figure with a wanted poster.
Thinking to himself that this had to be none other than Saul Moriah his hand swiftly reaches for his revolver and with his aim true he fires the bullet off directed straight for the man's heart. As the bullet is released his revolver is swiftly stored in its usual hiding place within his clothing. He now stands staring at the man with a rather blank expression uppon his face as though nothing had happened.
This young marine infact doesnt dress in marine clothing apart from the boots that conseales his two blades. His gauntlets however were well known by the marines but were rarly recognised by pirates, mainly as those who encounter them never got a chance to speek of it again. With his face blank and his looks being quite child like he may appear nothing more than an innocent on looker at this moment of time.

There was a sudden bang, obviously the sound of gunfire, which Saul reacted immediately to by covering his body in Busoshoku Haki for only a moment. The bullet would bounce off his chest, landing in the mud at his feet. Saul's head quickly turned to spot the man who'd fired off the weapon, who stood down the street, looking completely stoic. Saul's fist clenched, and an eerie smile crept over his mouth. Finally, someone to kill.
The fellow was a weirdo, wearing two gauntlets on his hands. Saul didn't even see the gun he had used to fire the bullet, and he wondered if the gauntlets where what had fired it off. Strange, such devices were unheard of by the pirate. It was obvious that this fellow was the man who'd shot at him, since there wasn't a breathe of air coming from anywhere except the two men.
In a counter-attack, Saul thrust forward his palm and from it created a beam of light. It was not a laser, but a continuous length that threatened to pierce the man's forehead, directly between his eyes. If it struck, several spikes would extend from the end of the massive blade, piercing through his skull, brain, eyes, ears, mouth, and nose in numerous directions. The blade also had immense piercing power, and it was hot enough to melt metal with ease. 'twas best and attack to dodge rather then block.

With his Haki kicking in he sences that there is an oncoming attack, and just as the beam is released he drops to the ground and begins to dash forward with beyond human speed. If it hadnt been for his haki he would surly be destroyed by this beam as even with his speed it managed to slice through a section of his hair.
Running forward to get in close to Saul he comes within arm striking distance in a fraction of the time it would have taken for a standard human running. He thrusts an open palm at saul as he comes within range and if he should conect he would continue to force Saul back intill they make contact wth the wall six foot behind Saul.
As it was clear that his opponent was a devil fruit user he knew what his gauntlets touching Saul would mean. Even with haki using devil fruit users they all are rendered completly useless against the seastone. As he is a logia type user this young marine would need to be able to touch him then he could finish him off from there.
All the while his facial expression never changes and his eyes remain fixed uppon Saul with his Haki continously seearching for the next move from Saul

Saul had very good vision, stemming most likely from his devil fruit. His perception of light was incredibly precise, and even though Tsunayoshi's speed was very impressive, Saul was not taken by surprise by his sudden "appearance" and attack. His perception was not on the same level as a Kenbunshoku Haki user, but it was sure helpful for quickly-moving targets and their attacks.
Saul ducked beneath Tsunayoshi, easily dodging the strike despite his hulking figure. As he moved under the strike, he swung his leg out and kicked at the fellow, hoping to sweep him off his feet. However, this was a ploy. He knew that since the boy had ducked his strike that he could at least partially use Kenbunshoku Haki to predict attacks, and the most basic instinct when being attacked at the legs was to jump. If Tsunayoshi followed with this predictable way of dodging, the follow up would occur. Saul had never released the lengthy blade of light he had used as his first offense, and he would use it now to slice the (hopefully) jumping boy into two halves, obviously killing him should it happen in that way.
(Sorry this is worded strangely but I'm rushing.)

The kick to send him off his feet conects with his leg and the youngster is knocked off course and falling to the ground. Where mist would jump in this situation this young marine was more inclined to preform the less obvious. He uses the momentum by placing his hand on the ground gripping into it; this causes him to rotate and his feet conect with the ground behind Saul. He uses the remaining twisting motion to grab any part of saul with his free left hand and then relrase his right hand aiming for Saul's right rib cadge.
Even if his left hand failed to grab any of Saul's left side with his right he could render the devul fruit useless fir a moment and cause considerable damage to the right rib cage. With his feet now firmly uppin the ground he could use his speed to avoid the rather nasty beam if the occasion should arise once again.

The kick connected, giving Saul that split-second chance when the kid was caught off-guard to go for the kill. The beam of lit was dropped, and Saul placed his hands together just as the boy was reaching for his chest. From Saul, a large sphere of light erupted outward. The force was so great that it would create a crater in the ground beneath him, and the attack would easily knock this stranger back just before contact could be made. Saul still didn't know of his gauntlet's seastone, but he was rarely one to allow himself to be hit. The light sphere was dense, and thus it would continually push back at physical objects until they either broke or were crushed. To add to the lethality of this attack, Saul twisted his hands to create thousands of needle-like spikes on the outside of the orb as it moved away from him. This meant if Tsunayoshi was getting pushed back by the force, he would suddenly be stuck like a pincushion, and it would be a very messy thing. Hundreds of needle-sized holes in your body usually led to death.
